Very good narrative of cash burn.

As part of the discussion with the start-up leaders, don't ignore "cash in" aging or A/R Aging. The $50k sold last month may not be fully collected this month due to slow pay by customers and when in the month the sale occurred (day 1 vs day 28).

I found this diagram helpful for explaining the cash in and out flow.
