yes & agree - this meeting facilitation approach is interesting. my hunch is the author's "structure to meeting" setup is the key to gathering & eliciting comments. not much difference than the traditional PPT show.

What I really like is the "capturing dialogue" real time via comments. The meeting facilitator can jump in - via a comment and clarify discussion points. The full flow of the meeting is transcripted and post meeting can focus on analysis.

I might give this a try...
